  1. Heavybag
  2. Speedbag
  3. Instructor Defense Drills (slipping and blocking jabs, hooks, crosses and combos)

5 round Tabata
– leg lifts
– kettlebell swings
– medicine ball burpees

Stretching and cool down

  1. Man, I forgot that it was five sets of Tabata not eight. So, I was doing the leg lifts last night and the last three were absolutely impossible and I started to feel sorry for everyone. Now that I read that it was only five sets, I don’t feel so bad because my last three sets 6-7–8 I may have been able to lift my legs three times in 20 seconds. Lol
